Modern living is a hostile environment for the human body, causing disharmony and imbalance in our minds, bodies and spirits. More than ever before, we need to find better ways to redress this.

Naturopathic nutrition is about addressing these imbalances by looking at the underlying causes of health problems and seeking to help the body to heal itself through diet, lifestyle and possibly supplementation.

Through naturopathic nutrition, we can take back control of 'ourselves' and, through a process of gentle healing, redress imbalances which may be causing our health problems. Or simply learn how to support our bodies and encourage them to heal themselves, staying less toxic and therefore healthier.

Naturopathic nutrition adopts an holistic approach, treating the person rather than a set of symptoms, which is one of the fundamental differences between this method of treating and conventional medicine.

Lizzie gained her Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition at the UK School of Naturopathic Nutrition and, although she does not practice, enjoys using this knowledge to help her reflexology clients address their problems.
